Cool use of the color pop on this one...it's a tough thing to get right and not come off "overdone". Normally, I would say that if you wanted to pop a color to just choose one (the eyes, or the green - I vote for the green), as it make the image a little less busy, but here I think the blue is subtle enough that it works in the shot. Really great expression and bokeh in the composition. :)
