Shot from the deli river, the one of famous river on Dutch colonial era, but now the river condition is very alarming. So many garbage so that not healty for residence.
How we can imagine everyday the family who stay in Deli river use the dirty water for wash, bath and cooking.

The children everyday swim in the river without realizing how it is very dangerous due to swim among rubbish and industrial waste

Poignant image, especially with the description you wrote. Such happiness in the faces of the children, and there is a great sense of movement with the water and different positions of the bodies. For some reason, the skin tones look slightly off to me, but other than that, this is a great shot.
