The colors of this shot are sublime. The skin tone makes her look like a goddess emerging from the water, and the expression is perfectly captured. Beautiful image...really. If you wanted to do anything to just send this skyrocketing over the top, you could use a brush on her face and do a slight smoothing and then use the clone brush for those tiny little black specks, but that would just be icing on an already beautiful cake.
