Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service by Scott Smith

While I work up the legalese for the AUP and ToS, and the Privacy Statement, I thought I'd put some notes of what will be in the documents.

1) You MAY add links to your personal photography website, facebook page, product pages, etc in your personal bio information.
2) You MAY add external links to your personal photography website or product information in image posts.
3) You MAY mention your personal photography website in a discussion article - but let's keep on topic. The post should not strictly be about visiting your website.
4) All posts subject to approval, editing, moderation or removal by WPC staff.
5) You may NOT post adult material on the WPC website. This includes nudity where any "protected" body parts are exposed. This includes female breasts, or genitalia of either gender. Photographs containing partial buttock exposure will be reviewed and acceptance at the discretion of our moderation/administration/editing staff. Violation of this rule is grounds for dismissal from the website, and removal of all content posted by the offending user.
6) You MAY enjoy the great photography posted by our members, and you WILL be respectful towards other members. Repeated violation of either rule may result in dismissal from the website, and removal of all content posted by the offending user.
7) You own all copyrights to images you submit. By uploading image files you are stating that you own full and complete copyright to said photographs or images. WPC does not claim any ownership of said images.
8) WPC staff will ask for consent prior to using any uploaded member content for the home page cover image, but images may appear without prior consent or warning on various pages and features of the WPC website or other WPC social properties. Full credit to the member will be maintained, always.
9) Automated access to the website via macros, scripts, programs, recorded keystrokes or clicks, other any other automation software for the purpose of data extraction or submission of ratings, Snaps, comments or views is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent blocking of the website by any means possible, including but not limited to machine host name, IP address, IP address block, ISP, geographical location, user agent strings or other identifying information contained in the TCP or HTTP headers of such requests.
10) In the event of a copyright claim or dispute, file in writing as per DMCA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act), pertaining to member owned content, said content will be removed or suspended from public review until an appropriate review has taken place.
