Eggs to Order - Four Seasons Hotel

Breakfast buffet chef prepares eggs to order. Difficult to set white balance since the foreground porcelain was under florescent overhead lights and the infrared heat lamps were highlighting the chef's face; decided to correct for porcelain white and let the highlights fall naturally on his face.

M&M Hotel

This is the sign of M&M Hotel in Jal, NM. Back in the day it had a reputation for catering to gentlemen looking for company. It currently sits condemned across from the high school, and the district has recently purchased it in hopes to tear it down and develop the land for something more useful and isn't such an eyesore.
