Love the concept for this shot...really visually interesting and speaks to me emotionally. My only suggestion would be to bring down your shadows and blacks just a bit, as she is getting a bit lost in them. By doing this, I think you'd have a seriously incredible shot, even though as it is, it is very, very nice.
