Janey It's a really great tool to have in the bag. I love the selective focus. So, here I was focusing on the bottom of the central building, the bicyclist and the car (and it caught some of the tree as well), but the rest is thrown out, which gives it almost a miniaturization effect. These types of lenses have been around for a long time in the movie business, but they are gaining popularity in regular photography, even with high fashion and portraiture.
