Challenged to break the photography rules recently and came out with this. Actually like this image of a lingering daisy touched by rain.

I did this for fun to try out NIK and it is rather interesting.

It's been proper wintry weather for much of the week, with lovely sunny and frosty mornings. However, I was at work and now it's the weekend, it's back to blowing a hooley with heavy rain. Nevertheless, I now have an image that resembles asteroids in macro outer space. :)

I've not had time for much photography practice lately and, I think I've also gone off it. :( I forced myself outside to have a go after a heavy rain shower.

Dew tell dandelion
roar me a quiet tale
a circles catching sunlight
in the morning refrain
unfound

Whispers of water weigh down the morning air
breath chilled lays upon the land
That sun light risen soon will dry
The kiss of dew that whispers

Been out dewing again.

I was crouched down as close as I could get to the ground in my white dress and sandals trying to get this shot when a jogger ran by and probably wondered "What the hell?" and asked me what I was shooting the ground for. "Oh, grass!" He said... " Most of us just run right past"

Didn't get my dress dirty though. So its a win.

A quick before bed edit cause why not!?

Taken this morning. The first dew I have seen since the end of the drought these last few days.

It had been raining heavily so I couldn't resist scouting around outside with the camera.
