Wonderful candid, and the toning and conversion is spot on
as others have mentioned to blur is the only downside, looking at the exif I noted 1/6sec at 150mm
Frankly I'm amazed that there is so little blur, try to keep the shutter speed well up from that with people, often even 1/60sec can still show a persons movement
Don't be afraid to up the ISO to get that shutter speed, even more so if you intended to do B&W for the outset, a bit of noise/grain in B&W often works very well

I love this photo. I agree with Scott though, the slight blur on the left man is the only thing that I can critique.
