Janey, hello fellow Michigander! There are actually a few things that are great for photos in Midland, especially for it being so small. We have Dow Gardens, a few small state forests, the Tridge and the Santa House (its where all the Santa's go to learn to be Santa!).

@Randi...you're only about 2 hours from me. I live northwest of Detroit. I never knew this existed. Nice to see another Michigander. This is soemthing I'll have to check out. Black and white does this image much justice. Nice comp.
