Experimental and Abstract
Another free lensing shot. Again taken with a Nikon body and a Canon lens. This time I wanted to accent the center flower detail as well as the veins in the petals. I shot this with the intention of converting to black and white for the contrast of the veins.
1/100
ISO 100
-2 exposure comp.

I love how you had the intention of converting it to black and white, gives control over a technique that is somewhat uncontrollable at times! The subtle change in plane of focus definitely makes the image soft on the eye, allowing that contrast in the veins to really pop out! So glad you've rekindled your love for freelensing!
