This little cutie came to work today and I just happened to have my camera on hand

Shot on my Canon G16 compact when out on a dog walk. Shot into the light with a bit of underexposure to bring out the spray and white horses on the wave tops. Another reminder that the 'best camera' is whatever one you have with you at the time.

This hound dog was waiting his turn to train for search and rescue.

I love Ruby's nose so I wanted to focus on that. As she's a Parson Russell Terrier, it also offers a different interpretation to the term 'Parson's Nose'.

I've been trying out the macro lens on macro stuff so far. I therefore thought it was time to try its portrait capabilities. As is usual, Ruby Dog is my victim, I mean model.

Do I need any words for this type of expression? I think not

Here's my little girl Kayla. She's 8 years old and one of the loves of my life. She is a mixed breed rescue and one of the best dogs I've ever owned.

I take my dogs out every day and I've been taking my camera with me. I came across this scene and had to hurry to get it before the dogs ran into it to see what was so interesting.

Got this a while back, I had been doing some seascapes and was just getting back into the car when I spotted this old boy and his companion enjoying the sea view

Thought the sepia duotone suited the scene perfectly
