Turkish belly dancer performs for passengers' early show in forward lounge of Ocean Princess during November 2014 cruise of eastern Mediterranean and Black Seas.
My wife's comment "She has muscles in places, I did not were muscles!"
One of first successful performance images with new Sony Alpha58 and 28-85mm kit lens. Auto functions were used as crutch and were likely the reason for most of the success in this image.

The Carillion Tower on Belle Isle #hometownchallenge

The Carillion Tower on the newly renamed state park of Belle Isle which is located in the middle of the Detroit River. Very clean, family and pet friendly, perfect for watching boats and freighters make their way up and down the river. There's picnic areas and also a public beach with The Detroit Yacht Club close by.
