How do you pick a woman?
It is not always bull to spoon
And the killer in me
No bandarilla in a garden.
Being such a flower catcher
It does not make me good forked.
If the audience comes flowers
Every "Olé" I feel pain.
Was this killer vein
Came to Maria Clementina

Oh, can't it be
The voices calling me
They get lost and out of time
I should've seen it glow
But everybody knows
That a broken heart is blind

Calgary isn't a large city (1.2M) and we have a long winter so we don't see the number of street people that other cities have. Life is tough for those that are here.

Calgary is built for exercise. We have miles and miles of paths specifically for biking, walking, jogging. Consequently you'll see a lot of people on the move, all the time.

Taken from the 16th floor of another building. It was a real challenge to eliminate indoor reflections as it was taken through a window, behind a blind, with a jacket over my head and camera.

Although this is art in Downtown Calgary, I've recently learned it has a practical purpose, too. There is a very strong venturi effect between the buildings and this sculpture is actually designed to break up the winds and keep it from blowing out windows.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marmoset

The marmosets /ˈmɑrmɵsɛt/ are 22 New World monkey species of the genera Callithrix, Cebuella, Callibella, and Mico. All four genera are part of the biological family Callitrichidae. The term marmoset is also used in reference to the Goeldi's marmoset, Callimico goeldii, which is closely related.

Most marmosets are about 20 centimetres (8 in) long. Relative to other monkeys, they show some apparently primitive features: they have claws rather than nails, and tactile hairs on their wrists. They lack wisdom teeth, and their brain layout seems to be relatively primitive. Their body temperature is unusually variable, changing by up to 4 °C (7 °F) in a day.[3] Marmosets are native to South America and have been found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Peru.[4] They have also been spotted in Central America and Mexico.[5] They are also raised in captivity as pets.

According to recent research, marmosets exhibit germline chimerism, which is not known to occur in nature in any primates other than callitrichids.[6] Ninety-five percent of marmoset fraternal twins trade blood through chorionic fusions, making them hematopoietic chimeras.[7][8]

I live in Montana, the closest major city is over 200 miles away in Spokane, Wa. I had been to Spokane and on the way back it was getting late when I came along the shores of lake Pend Orielle. A beautiful, wild place and the deepest lake in the continental 48. It's in Idaho, and there are several marina towns along the road as boating is a regular sport in the lake. Just as I passed a town named "hope, Id." within just a couple of miles I passed thru the town of "beyond hope, Id." No kidding. The sun had gone down and left absolutely gorgeous colors subtly playing chase across the sky. With almost no wind I couldn't resist taking some long exposures while battling the hoard of native mosquitoes who obviously thought I was trespassing. This is just one of the photos I took that evening; I shot until almost dark. Canon 7d, 24-105 L lens, b & h polariser topped with an AFGA polariser to mix the polarisation effects, no flash, Neweer radio controlled sync control to the camera for taking the final shot from my car; when I was hiding from the inch long mosquitoes, at least that is how I remember them.
